Has the Embassy given a request to vacate their diplomat’s accommodation?

If so, we take, at your request, contact with the diplomat in duty, occupying the accommodation.

Our experts will go on site to advise on rental maintenance in order not to be detrimental to anybody at the moment the occupant leaves the apartment.

The pre-visit is therefore organized during the notice period.

During this task, the occupant is reminded of the nature and consequences of the lease, and the clauses related to the condition of the premises when the apartment is returned.

At the end of the visit, we will fill in a form that will be sent to you with a precise view of possible repairs.

We also intervene during the inventory of fixtures of the apartment, at the diplomat enter or at its leave.

We can ensure our presence, under the present conditions, in order that nothing is omitted.

​At the exit, we can accompany the occupant and precisely explain to him/her the consequences of the observations noted in the inventory of fixtures that he/she will sign.

​We can also represent the occupant if he/she cannot be present. We will therefore sign the inventory of fixtures prepared by a third party and ensure that no deduction is charged to the deposit.

At your request, we can provide you complete assistance, contacting your colleague for the pre-visit, or assisting you for the inventory of fixtures at the moment of entry or exit.

At the entrance, during the inventory, we will be vigilant so that each point that can engage a possible responsibility at the exit is precisely mentioned on the document.

The pre-visit will be organized during the notice period and we will remind the occupant of his/her obligations regarding rental repairs and maintenance.

At the end of the visit, we will fill in a form directly sent to you.

During the exit, we will prevent eventual tensions that can sometimes occur when there are misunderstandings due to languages and legal differences.
